Summary: Manage company’s transportation operations in ensuring service meets or exceeds clients’ (FedEx Ground) expectations. Maintain fleet to keep deliveries on schedule and within its established budget. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities Qualifications and Education Requirements: Minimum of 6 months FedEx Ground driving experience; able to multi-task; time management skills; goal oriented; adaptable to change; excellent communication skills; high ethical standards; good interpersonal skills, ability to make decisions; excellent organization skills Preferred Skills: Leadership/management experience and mechanically inclined Physical Requirements: Able to push, pull, and/or lift 150 pounds; stoop, reach, stand, walk, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and see Environmental Hazards: Exposure to loud noises and fumes/vapors/odors KTB Transport, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
