Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Industrial Laborer to join our team at an industrial site in Anna, Ohio. This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The job duration is between 1 to 3 months, working 6 - 7 days a week. This position offers overtime pay with the potential for additional opportunities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general labor tasks on the industrial site
Handle and transport materials and tools as required
Support the installation, assembly, and maintenance processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Ensure all safety procedures are followed and report any hazards immediately
Work with other team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Must have own standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and high-visibility vest
Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours, including weekends and overtime
Previous industrial or labor experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Reliable transportation to the job site in Anna, Ohio
Must be able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
This is a W2 position with weekly pay.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
