Pay : $17 - $18 per hour
Shift Hours : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Job Description :
We are currently seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team on the first shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks around the shop, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and supporting our fabricators in their daily operations. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cleaning & Grinding Handrails : Perform manual labor to clean and grind handrails as part of the preparation process for fabrication and finishing.
- Drilling Angles : Assist with drilling angles for fabrication, ensuring accurate and safe procedures.
- Assist Fabricators : Provide support to fabricators by lifting and moving parts, ensuring they have what they need to complete their work efficiently.
- General Shop Cleaning : Keep the shop organized and clean by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris from work areas to maintain a safe and productive environment.
- Tool Maintenance : Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Additional Tasks : Assist with any other tasks that may be required to keep the production process moving smoothly.
