- Procurement or ordering of the devices,
- Configure New requests PCs/laptops,
- Activities includes Maintain Inventory, Break/Fix replacements, scanning of devices in warehouse ,etc
- Identify devices for refresh prior to retirement, Plan for refresh of EOL devices and respond to Helpdesk mail
- Handle allocations ,Deployment, return requests for users visiting front desk
- Activities include pickup and delivery of disposal, coordinating with vendor and respond to emails from Helpdesk
