Position: Desktop Support with strong VDI experience

Location: New York NY


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Installation of Kiosk devices (Connecting all the peripherals, Keyboard, Mice, Webcam, Uplink cable, Hub, Jabra).
  • Experience with VDI.
  • Display setting using dell display manager.
  • Fixing Citrix related issues.
  • Fixing hardware issues.
  • Fixing Team outlook issues.
  • Fixing addins issues with excel. L1 issues only.
  • Helping them regarding the telephony issues. L1 issues only.
  • Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365 Installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
