Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Pittsburg, PA (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Job Summary:
Responsible for Sprint and product deliverables.
Facilitate the Scrum process and Remove Impediments
Coach the team in Agile, Scrum, Kanban principles.
Understand and document data flows in and between different systems / applications.
Adheres to procedures and guidelines set forth.
Compiling status reports and participating in all Scrum ceremonies.
Prepare documentation, code Reviews & incorporate feedback on time.
Educate staff members through training and individual support.
Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.
Prepare weekly and monthly status reports.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as Sr. Scrum Master
• Should have 5 years of strong experience in Jira and Confluence administration
• Should exercise Servant Leadership skill in deriving results from the team.
• Should have strong experience in handling multiple POD team and driving results.
• Should have understanding of Java application development and CI / CD process.
• Experience in facilitating a Sprint Boot & Microservice application is a plus.
• Should be able to learn client processes & procedures.
• Should have very good communication skills.
• Should possess strong collaboration skills to work in coordination with various teams such as the development team, product owner, and other parties.
• Should be CSM / SAFE certified
