Seasonal Landscape Foreman – Softscape, Hardscape & Mowing

Kuberski Brothers Lawn Care is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a crew in completing hardscape and softscape projects while also assisting with other aspects of the company, including mowing when needed. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to be flexible based on project demands.
Position Details:
- Seasonal Position (March – November, weather permitting)
- Full-time hours with competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 1-2 person crew to complete landscaping projects efficiently
- Oversee hardscape and softscape installations, including patios, retaining walls, plantings, sod, mulch, and rock
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Problem-solve and make real-time decisions to overcome job site challenges
- Communicate effectively with managers, team members, and clients to ensure expectations are met
- Assist with mowing and landscape maintenance as needed
- Maintain and operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure job sites are left clean and organized at the end of each workday
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a landscaping foreman or crew leader
- Strong knowledge of hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, edging) and softscaping (plantings, sod, mulch, and rock)
- Experience with mowing, trimming, and general landscape maintenance
- Ability to read plans, estimate materials, and manage job costs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50 lbs
