What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Litigation Attorney (WPB) position at Kubicki Draper?
The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate with 3 years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Experience in construction litigation is highly desired.
Your Day-to-Day:- Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
- Analyzing complex legal issues and providing targeted and effective counsel to clients
- Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions
- Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Stellar academic credentials
- Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy.
