Ensure customer productivity, uptime, and profitability through dealer relationship Thriving in a team-based environment while staying self-motivated and entrepreneurial in thought Develop dealers service management/profitability capabilities Increase dealers Connected Support capabilities using KubotaNOW Telematics Drive service capacity growth on the territory through improving technician recruitment, retention, and efficiency Administer warranty and campaign (product recalls), support Extended Warranty and Maintenance contract sales Resolve product quality or performance issues for customers and dealers within specified timeframe Assist in providing technical feedback from the field to manufacturing, marketing, and engineering on dealer/customer issues Do you have what it takes? A degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Education, Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Marketing, or equivalent discipline.
