BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION The Supervisor, Collections is responsible for assisting Management with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the KCC Loan Servicing Center including both the Customer Service and Collections functions for consumer and commercial loans and leases.   PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:  This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:•    Effectively manage a team of collections professionals including hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring all department associates. Delegate assignments, provide development opportunities, and foster a positive working environment.  •    Provide leadership to the Collections team to meet portfolio performance objectives and minimize loss exposure in compliance with Company policy.•    Assist with executing strategies to improve the customer experience, build brand equity, increase retention and create customers for life.•    Successfully allocate in-office, remote and hybrid teams to address daily challenges and quickly shifting priorities.•    Serve as a subject matter expert for Customer Service and Collections policy and procedure.•    Assist with evaluating LSC operational Policies and Procedures to ensure thorough coverage of operational processes.•    Effectively manage escalated customer and dealer concerns.•    Actively contribute to departmental initiatives, process redesigns and projects impacting KCC team members, customers and Kubota dealers.•    Provide oversight and assistance in the management of third party vendors and service providers.•    Foster a collaborative environment where all ideas are valued and team members have a clear understanding of how they contribute to the achievement of enterprise objectives.•    Establish and nurture strong working relationships with all KCC departments, KTC and Kubota dealers. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING:•    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.•    5 years of combined Collections and/or Customer Service is required.  Experience specific to the financing and/or leasing of automobiles, heavy trucks, turf, power sports, construction, and/or agricultural equipment is preferred.•    3 years of management experience required.•    Advanced knowledge of federal and state rules, regulations, and policies for servicing consumer and commercial loan and lease accounts.•    Demonstrable business maturity with experience in a fast-paced work environment •    Good interpersonal communication skills for dealing with internal and external customers, subordinates, peers and management•    Excellent attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve problems and overcome challenges•    Proficiency in MS Office applications.  EQUIPMENT OPERATION (% of time, description, nature of service):Must be able to operate standard office equipment, including computer equipment, copier, fax machine, telephone, and printer. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Typical office environment. The position will require walking, standing and sitting at a computer.
