What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Solutions Director, APAC position at Kuehne + Nagel AS?
To work collaboratively with regional and branch Management teams as required to ensure maximum client satisfaction specific to new business or enhancement of existing solutions.
Your Role
Review / understand and successfully implement significant new business profiles within the QuickSTAT network solution. Oversee / develop the QuickSTAT APAC network ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures, pricing and QSTAT group policies.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage / Support the implementation of significant new business or projects within the QuickSTAT operational structure.
- Oversee / design (within the APAC region) network enhancements with a goal to develop and implement growth strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
- Manage / Support directly or indirectly client requirements to develop ad-hoc or long-term logistical solutions.
- Manage / Assist as required with contracts / SLA / SOP / AOP needs specific to on-boarding new business awards.
- KPI / Root Cause analysis to support service performance and to drive solution improvements within the QuickSTAT network.
- Liaise extensively with commercial operations / BD teams and control tower management specific to strategic initiatives and sales development projects.
- Ensure budget requirements are met as applicable.
- Assist in developing client bespoke IT solution needs in collaboration with commercial operations management.
- Participate as required in client-facing meetings or strategic reviews specific to new business or solution design.
- Manage directly or via designates the training of all applicable staff & service partners ensuring their ability to manage all tasks.
