Your Role
Reporting to the Area Air Logistics Gateway & Procurement Manager you will be responsible for timely, cost-effective movement of air exports managed by the Air Export Gateway department as directed by the Supervisor and / or Manager.
Your Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and on-going commitment to quality and data integrity
Prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidations
Interact and collaborate closely with the air export departments in theregion
Arrange bookings with carriers; optimize cargo consolidations
Ensure timely processing and delivery to the airport, constant communication with the warehouse team and truck dispatch during the consolidation process
Track & trace shipments; monitor vendor performance; address and resolve service irregularities
Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal customers
Maintain compliance standards at all times, including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations and customer requirements
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to support department, branch, productand company goals
Support pricing team on rate quotes
Your Skills and Experiences
1 years of Air Logistics Export experience
1 years of Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); communicates clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
Must have the ability to report to the office 5 days per week
