Your Role
Reporting to the Area Air Logistics Pricing Manager you will be a member of the North America Region Air Logistics Pricing team. Your primary focus will be managing client RFQ’s, providing, collecting and validating air logistics rates for Global Tenders.

Your Role
Reporting to the Area Air Logistics Pricing Manager you will be a member of the North America Region Air Logistics Pricing team. Your primary focus will be managing client RFQ’s, providing, collecting and validating air logistics rates for Global Tenders.
Your Responsibilities
- Liaise and work closely with Global Air Logistics Pricing network and Global/Regional Key Account Managers (G/RKAMs) on assigned global pricing requests
- Complete requests determining the best pricing strategies under the guidance of US Pricing Management.
- Manage and compile regional/global pricing collection from correspondent pricing teams and/or air logistics and trade management.
- Setting up the markup for each business according to final goals and strategic pricing.
- Provide feedback and consultation to Key Account Managers regarding client pricing strategy and formats, requirements, supporting data and market intelligence etc.
- Guide Implementation Team on proper rate instalment of successful quotations
- Follow-up with relevant Global Key Account Managers and Branch Management Teams on proposals - participation in “post-mortem process” when required
- Manage and maintain air logistics rate, trucking rate and handling costs databases and market intelligence.
- Manage and maintain the air logistics fuel index for North America.
- Track win and loss of regional/global pricing requests.
- Support National and Regional Air Logistics activities as necessary and directed by management.
- Forecasting of projects in pipeline for the Strategic Customer Development Program (SCDP)
- Create initial pricing templates with BU pricing teams, with regular reviews and individual tender pricing analysis
- Prepare structured, professional tenders that are tailored to the specific requirements of the customer and their respective industry
- Post-mortem processes, meta-analysis and reporting.
- 3-5 years of pricing and/or air logistics related experience
- Working knowledge of current air logistics pricing structures
- Demonstrable advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, macros, etc.)
- Strong critical analysis skills
- Strong critical financial skills
- You have the ability to report to the office 5 days per week
