Your Role
As our Requirement Engineering and Systems Support Manager supporting the Sea Logistics Business Unit, you will be responsible for governing GSC activities globally to manage and execute all related activities. You will manage a team of systems experts, supporting with documentation and business process modeling in compliance with our company standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure governance of our GSC catalogue and act as gate keeper between the individual countries and GSC from a global perspective
- Work closely with process and systems teams to improve productivity, data quality and cost of file by transferring appropriate tasks from the countries to the GSC
- Drive process improvement, process re-engineering and support the implementation of transferred tasks
- Help and support countries with operational procedures relating to any transferred tasks into the GSC
- To apply project management to ensure controlled and structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning and execution of project tasks
- Work closely with our global teams on systems, processes, implementations as well training in order to optimize operational processes

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
