Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
The Front Desk Receptionist ensures a welcoming and organized environment at Villa Capriani, in North Topsail Beach. This part-time, seasonal role includes assisting residents and guests, managing calls and emails, issuing parking passes and pool access, handling mail and key distribution, and monitoring community amenities. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Open Lobby and maintain cleanliness
- Answer phone- transfer calls, listen to messages, answer general questions regarding the community
- Issue resident parking passes and pool devices, and update information
- Update website- read and respond to emails, access documents, send email blasts
- Receive, organize, and distribute mail/packages.
- Manage key sign-outs for vendors and owners.
- Maintain record of office supplies for re-ordering
- Be aware of/able to implement inclement weather procedure
- Frequent pool area checks to ensure that all patrons have appropriate wristbands.
- Frequent parking lot checks to ensure that all vehicles have proper permits displayed.
- Work order generation/tracking/completion and collaborate with the maintenance team to keep owners up to date.
- Relationship building with teammates, owners, guests, and restaurant patrons.
- Lobby cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, window cleaning, etc.)
- All other tasks asked by supervisors.
