Job Description
This role plays a vital part in maintaining our Parts Department's efficiency and accuracy. As a Parts Customer Service Assistant, you will:
- Answer Dealer Inquiries: Respond to dealer calls, emails, and faxes, addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Enter dealer orders into the ERP system, reconcile carrier invoices, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
- Coordinate Shipments: Generate customs paperwork for international shipments, issue credit memos as needed, and oversee the return and credit process for terminated dealers.
- Support Special Programs: Assist with the Annual Stocking Program, Technical Improvement Program, and other initiatives as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or GED, along with experience in word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet applications (Excel), and internet use.
- Experience with various business systems and familiarity with inventory management principles is preferred.
