Description
The Job Coach specializes in assisting participants with learning and gaining job skills. The Job Coach provides one-on-one job training tailored to the needs of the participant.
The Job Coach is responsible for but not limited to the following :
- Provide on-site job coaching for a designated caseload
- Complete and ensure accurate and timely documentation of SAP plans, case notes, monthlies DDPS and other required information.
- Act as a liaison between the person supported, family and employer.
- Attend all staff meetings, Life Plans, conferences, and annual training requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, creative thinking, and exhibit great teamwork.
- Provide overall assistance as assigned.
Skills :
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License
Experience in working with individuals with special needs.
Knowledge of OPWDD regulations is a plus.
Salary Range - $42,000 - Depending on Full time or Part time position.
Schedule - Full time and part time positions available
