Banquet Server – Kullman Catering (San Luis Obispo County)
Kullman Catering is a chef-owned, scratch-made catering company serving weddings and events across the Central Coast. We specialize in contemporary American cuisine, with an emphasis on live fire cooking and seamless event service.
We’re hiring Banquet Servers who take pride in hard work, show up on time, and understand what it means to be part of a professional event team. You’ll work weddings and private events alongside our kitchen and front-of-house crews, helping deliver a polished experience from setup to breakdown.
This is an, part-time position with weekend work available throughout the year especially during peak season.

Responsibilities:
- Set up tables, décor, buffets, and service stations
- Serve plated meals or manage buffet lines
- Clear dishes, reset tables, and help with event flow
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup at the end of the night
- Represent Kullman Catering with professionalism and care
Requirements:
- Some event or restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
- Must be available weekends
- Able to lift 30 lbs, be on your feet for long shifts, and work outdoors
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean appearance
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willing to get one)
