Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and manage assigned petroleum transport and load planning for assigned region by understanding and implementing supply directives into a dispatch system (Gravitate)

Prepare, monitor, and manage assigned petroleum transport and load planning for assigned region by understanding and implementing supply directives into a dispatch system (Gravitate)
- Develop a load plan to ensure timely delivery of orders to each store based on the daily forecast and other various factors
- Adjust daily plan as needed to accommodate dynamic changes in demand, supply, road conditions, maintenance needs, personnel, etc.
- Ensure trucks are loaded to maximum legal capacity and delivered within hours of service to the designated locations
- Assure all DOT requirements, including registration and permits, are always met
- Assist in managing supplier and carrier relationships to achieve optimal performance, accountability and support
- Ability to work four 12-hour shifts consecutively with 3 days off

Education
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
Experience
- 3 years of experience in dispatching role
- Experience working in Logistics preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Proven ability to effectively prioritize competing needs
