Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee the operations of our front office. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for creating a welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
The ideal candidate speaks EITHER Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic or Tagalog (fluently).
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Joyful and pleasant
- Reliability is mandatory
- Manage the front office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- MUST love children and adults of all nations, colors and cultures
- Ability to be kind, yet firm with children
- Some clerical, including intermediate computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be organized
- Sales experience is not required, but a willingness to TRY is helpful
DUTIES:
- Give placement tests to new students
- Greet customers with a smile
- Keep the front organized
- Explain Kumon method to families
- Onboard students to Kumon software
- Onboard students to tablet
- Take payments
- Support student learning, as needed
- Cover for me in my absence

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
