Job Overview:

• Assist students with their learning by providing guidance and support.
• Work with 2-3 students at a given time, ensuring their progress and understanding.
• Follow oral instructions and communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Contribute to other center operations such as grading and prepping folders.
• Display patience and enthusiasm while working with young children.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work on-site at our Kumon Math and Reading Center.

Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $14
