Job Summary:
Kunco Landscape, Inc. is seeking a hardworking and reliable Hardscape Laborer to assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and other outdoor living features. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and wants to grow their skills in the landscaping and hardscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of hardscape features, including paver patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
- Dig, grade, and prepare surfaces for hardscape installation.
- Operate and maintain basic tools and equipment such as shovels, compactors, saws, and wheelbarrows.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hardscape installation or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
