This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee accounting operations across multiple locations, manage the accounting staff, and report directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple locations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, internal controls, and industry standards.
- Manage daily accounting operations, supporting business growth through sound financial management and strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment while working closely with executive leadership to align financial goals with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
