Summary


For a rapidly growing manufacturing company, we are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious professional for a role that combines accounting operations and administrative coordination.

Core Responsibilities


Financial Operations

  • Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage accounts payable, including vendor relationships and payment processing
  • Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and documentation
  • Support month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
  • Generate periodic financial statements and management reports


Administrative Management

  • Coordinate document management systems and procedures
  • Support office operations and team communication
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative records
  • Process and track administrative contracts and agreements
  • Assist with departmental coordination and communication

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Compensation and Benefits


  • $50,000-to-$70,000 base salary performance-based bonus.
