As a Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding individuals and businesses through responsible financial decision-making. Using a structured advisory process, you'll deliver personalized strategies across financial planning, retirement planning, and investment advisory services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients build long-term financial security through facts-based planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive financial planning services tailored to individual and business client needs.
Offer expert guidance in retirement planning, investment strategies, and overall wealth management.
Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments and create customized plans to meet clients' long-term goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
Educate clients on financial products and services, explaining the pros and cons of various options.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a holistic approach to financial advisory and compliance.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow all relevant policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or financial planning.
Deep understanding of financial planning principles, investment products, and retirement strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses are a plus.
