About the Role:
We are seeking a Workers' Compensation/Liability Attorney with 3 5 years of experience in State and Federal general civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Property, Casualty, and Coverage matters, as well as all phases of Workers' Compensation litigation, including pretrial motions, depositions, expert witness coordination, and trial preparation. Some civil litigation experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of Workers' Compensation litigation, from pretrial motions to trial preparation.
- Manage Property, Casualty, and Coverage-related legal matters.
- Conduct depositions and work with expert witnesses.
- Perform legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation and Liability litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Virginia Bar license required; additional Bar licenses are a plus.
- Judicial clerkship or prosecutorial experience is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent academic credentials.
