You will support the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), focusing on processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate accounting records. Key Responsibilities : Accounts Receivable : Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies Process necessary adjustments and send supporting documents to customers Maintain and update sales tax exemption certificates Be a backup on customer payment application Accounts Payable : Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness. Code and enter invoices into ERP System (Microsoft D365). Work with procurement to resolve discrepancies. Be a backup on AP payment processing Qualifications : Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in accounts receivable and / or payable. Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
