This role involves collaborating with technical and commercial teams to leverage product capabilities, generating market awareness and leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company's industry-leading solutions
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to identify key performance capabilities and market opportunities
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, while conducting market research and competitive analysis to shape strategies and product positioning
- Generate high-quality marketing content, including brochures, presentations, white papers, case studies, and especially video content
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
- Support sales teams with technical marketing materials and training to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
- Support with coordinating trade show participation, conferences, and industry events to strengthen the brand's position
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or other science related field, with a strong interest in the other
- Ability to understand various technologies and their applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
- Creative flair and an eye for art, with experience in video content creation and editing
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in technical marketing, preferably within the semiconductor or process equipment industry
