Job Summary
Kurt Manufacturing is seeking CNC Machinist I to join our team at our Products Division in Coon Rapids MN. The CNC Machinist I is responsible for operating and adjusting semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations where programs are provided, and setups are often made and maintained by others.
Essential Functions
Adjusts, checks out programming and operates semi-automatic or automatic CNC machines with minimum supervision
Check parts to conformance to specifications

Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
Preferred
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
1 year of related experience
Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings
Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated starting pay rate for this position is $24.78 to $31.40. The exact salary may be based on a combination of factors including the knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
