Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for directing, establishing, promoting, and maintaining specific programs and initiatives within designated customer base including large and/or critical accounts. Effectively assist customers’ operational strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective solutions. Maximize communications, job planning and service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Essential Functions
Manages program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases or program.
Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from customers. Drives outstanding customer value and loyalty. Seeks to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Reviews reports and records activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
Prepares program reports for superiors.
Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
Effectively communicates goals to the team and communicates with the wider organization when required.

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
5 years of contract manufacturing experience
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
10 years of related experience
Compensation
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $88,200 to $115,000. The offered rate will be based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
