We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for compiling, maintaining, and communicating information related to customer orders. This person will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and will be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $20.32 to $26.00. The exact salary may be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

Essential Functions
Enters customer orders in company database, and compiles records and reports related to customer orders.
Prepares and assists in developing job packets, including contract review, sales orders, and ISO requirements based on Kurt work instructions.
Provides information to internal departments regarding customer orders.
Generates reports, spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
Performs changes related to customer schedules, ship dates, invoicing information, returns, and credits related to customer orders.
Tracks and documents daily bookings, sales, and credits.
Supports internal and external audits.
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail. May purchase supplies.
Enters new customer quotes into company database.
Monitors customer portals to facilitate the exchange of up-to-date information. Ensures appropriate team members are informed of new and/or updated information.
Reviews reports related to pending shipments and provides updates to the team during meetings.

Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1 year related experience
Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Data entry knowledge
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience working with ERP systems such as Epicor, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
Customer service experience in a similar work environment
