Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer requests - establishing and maintaining positive working relationships through verbal and written customer communication while answering questions or responding to concerns.
- Prepare reports as directed; examples of reports include service log, open work orders, maintenance agreements, warranty work, billings, etc.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of orders to both customers and technicians.
- Create, maintain and update required databases and customer files while ensuring data is accurate and current.
- Complete administrative tasks such as completing and filing required documents, etc.
