Lookout Ford located in the beautiful Crystal Coast is recruiting an experienced, growth-oriented Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager is responsible for the department’s success by effectively managing the staff and inventory.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with Ford, eLead, and vAuto experience.
Responsibilities and requirements :
- Ensure sales personnel are motivated, well trained, and professional
- Manage the sales and delivery process and track through our CRM
- Use appropriate procedures for appraising vehicles
- Assist the sales floor in closing deals
- Ability to lead and be a team player
- Knowledge of sourcing vehicles and inventory turns
