Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following proper handling procedures.
- Support the team during special events or busy shifts, demonstrating flexibility in tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen setting, including fine dining or nightclub experiences if applicable.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
