Kurv O2 Advanced Chiropractic PLLC is seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team in McKinney, TX. As a vital member of our clinic, you will play a dual role in both front desk administration and direct patient care—helping us deliver a best-in-class experience that sets us apart in structural chiropractic and spinal rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, has an excellent phone voice and professional etiquette, and brings warmth and personality to every patient interaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience working in a healthcare or chiropractic setting
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic office software and scheduling systems
• Bilingual (Spanish) – a plus
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation – a plus
• Certified X-Ray Technician – a plus
• Familiarity with EMR systems – a plus
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude are a must!

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Administrative Support

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain and organize patient files, insurance documents, and administrative records
• Process payments, manage billing procedures, and assist with insurance verifications

Patient Care & Clinical Support

• Assist the doctor with patient prep and flow through the clinic
• Guide patients through therapies and treatment plans as directed by the doctor
• Take vitals and detailed patient histories as needed
• Educate patients on office procedures, care expectations, and wellness programs

Office Operations & Organization

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of treatment areas and front office space
• Manage inventory and supplies for clinical and office needs
• Support patient compliance and follow-up care
• Assist with tracking metrics, outcomes, and patient progress

Marketing & Patient Engagement (Optional but a Plus!)

• Contribute to social media content creation and marketing efforts
• Assist with community outreach, events, and patient education initiatives
