- Maintain and actively use Microsoft Project to establish project timelines and activities throughout the Kurz group.
- Obtain precise project requirements from OEM / Tier customers and ensure internal alignment on deliverables and timing.
- Monitor project status to identify and report obstacles and engage teams for timely issue-resolution or escalate to Management when necessary.
- Actively participate in the development of new projects including assisting the innovations team in developing new products, processes, and customer samples.
- Pro-actively coordinate internal teams relating to product development activities (e.g. sample-making; internal film production trials; external part trials; mastering and appearance approval)
- Lead physical property validation by arranging test plaques and coordinating spec-testing.
- Coordinate IMDS submission and assist the team in obtaining final PPAP.
- Familiarity with APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning) / product development.
- Expected travel requirement : approximately 10%.
- Other duties as assigned
