What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside/Sales Product Coordinator position at Kurz USA?
Set up new customers and products within company systems for newly awarded projects, including Finance and Sales.
Obtain precise project requirements from OEM / Tier customers and ensure internal alignment on deliverables and timing.
Monitor project status to identify and report obstacles and engage teams for timely issue-resolution or escalate to Management when necessary.
Pro-actively coordinate internal teams relating to product development activities (eg. sample-making; internal film production trials; external part trials; mastering and appearance approval)
Review and negotiate customer documents such as Purchasing Terms & Conditions, Quality agreements, and packaging specifications.
Lead physical property validation by arranging test plaques and coordinating spec-testing.
Coordinate IMDS submission and assist the team in obtaining final PPAP.
Provide customer quality support and perform local RTV reviews as needed.
Familiarity with APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning) / product development.
