What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Coordinator position at Randazzo Heating Cooling and Electrical?
Job Description :
Essential Functions :
- Prepare and handle the daily sales dispatch board in conjunction with the Sales Manager
- Works to keep the schedule prepared 3-5 days in advance (or more)
- Assigns all unassigned calls generated through online bookings
- Scrubbs open calls for cues to maximize sales potential
- Communicates all scheduling concerns (capacity, optimized routes, customer service, etc.) with sales manager and customer as applicable to effective resolution
- Adjust quotes with any applicable standard discounts and pricing adjustments allowable to win jobs
- Making outbound sales calls to assist in closing jobs posts sales appointments
- Making outbound calls to seek clarification on pre-sales appointment needs for customer to help create a smooth dispatch board
- Other duties as assigned
