Cannabis Extraction Support | Full-Time | Boulder, CO

Kush Masters, a leading cannabis concentrate company in Boulder, Colorado – is currently hiring a Cannabis Extraction Support team member to help us keep our production running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a support role - not an extraction technician position - ideal for someone who’s hands-on, motivated, and ready to learn the ins and outs of cannabis concentrate production. You'll work side-by-side with our production team, assisting with pre- and post-extraction tasks like material prep, equipment cleaning, packaging, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with material handling and prep
• Support post-processing and packaging
• Clean and maintain tools, lab spaces, and equipment
• Track inventory and ensure compliance procedures are followed
• Jump in wherever needed to keep operations flowing

Qualifications:

• MED badge (current and active) – required
• Reliable transportation – required
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Cannabis lab/production experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time | Monday through Friday
• Starting from $20/hour (based on experience)
• Some benefits available (not fully covered)
