Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team in the Extraction Department, where you'll play an essential role in crafting high-quality products. This position focuses on processing, grinding, and destemming cannabis, as well as producing bubble hash, rosin, and rosin cartridges. Success in this role requires precision, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- Accurately follow instructions from the Extraction Manager to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation to support quality control procedures.
- Execute tasks such as bubble hash processing, grinding and destemming cannabis, and rosin production with attention to detail.
- Keep precise and up-to-date inventory records, both physically and in the digital Inventory Tracking System.
- Uphold a professional attitude, taking direction constructively and contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Must be over 21 with a valid Colorado MED occupational badge.
- Must have access to reliable daily transportation to Nederland.
- Retail cannabis work experience is ideal but not necessary.
- Be able to perform detailed work with your hands all day in a team setting.
- Be able to lift upwards of 30 lbs.
- Great attention to detail.
- Must be self-motivated and have a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Must be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts.
