Position Overview:
As our Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations. From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to utilizing digital platforms for document management, your tech proficiency and teamwork skills will be essential. Willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Utilize digital platforms for scheduling, document management, and communication
- Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files efficiently
- Track time through our case management software
- Attend daily and weekly team meetings to review case load and tasks
- Prepare and process correspondence
- Scan documents and save to our filing system
- Fill in as receptionist as needed
- Provide general administrative support as needed to facilitate daily operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office assistant in an office setting
- Background in utilizing tech in the workforce
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to switch gears and tackle new tasks as they come up
- Associates Degree or currently in a continuing education program
