D365 Senior Technical Consultant :
Key Tasks and Responsibility :
- Develop and manage data interfaces in our supply chain and among manufacturing partners.
- Ensure seamless exchange of supply chain and logistics information tracking hazardous chemicals and ingredients
- Support ESG reporting by managing data on manufacturing processes greenhouse gas emissions and waste
- Integrate new manufacturers and adapt to diverse IT and data standards with a strong understanding of realtime supply chain logistics hazardous goods traceability and ESG datasets.
Data Interface Development :
Design and implement data interfaces for exchanging supply chain logistics and manufacturing information with thirdparty partnersEnsure accurate tracking and reporting of hazardous chemicals and ingredientsRealTime Supply Chain and Inventory Management :
Support the implementation of an Advance Planning and Scheduling platform (APS)Implement realtime data solutions for supply chain logistics and inventory managementMonitor and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costsIntegration and Onboarding :
Quickly integrate new manufacturers into the supply chain adapting to their IT and data standardsCollaborate with thirdparty logistics providers and other thirdparty partners to ensure seamless data exchange and process alignmentERP System Management :
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the APS platform to manage and optimize supply chain operationsEnsure data integrity and consistency across all ERP modulesESG Data Management :
Develop systems to collect and report data on greenhouse gas emissions waste and other ESG metricsEnsure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standardsCollaboration and Communication :
Work closely with internal teams including procurement logistics planning and compliance to align supply chain strategies with business objectivesMaintain strong relationships with thirdparty partners and vendorsContinuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in supply chain managementStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhanceMain Requirements :
Bachelors in Engineering Information Technology or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years in supply chain engineering or a related role preferably in the specialty chemicals industryProficiency in data interface development and integrationStrong understanding of realtime supply chain planning logistics management and inventory managementExperience with hazardous goods traceability and ESG reportingFamiliarity with global ERP systems particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365Excellent problemsolving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesKey Skills
