Job Summary
The Case Manager is a dedicated advocate for each client, ensuring they receive the full range of services and resources they need to thrive, as outlined in their personalized treatment or service plan. With a caring, hands-on approach, the Case Manager coordinates these services with efficiency, while always prioritizing the client’s well-being and long-term success.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related degree
Licensure/Certification: Able to obtain a class E driver's license and meet KVC Missouri’s requirement for driver’s insurance
Experience:
- Experience in social services, residential treatment, education, or another related field
- Previous experience working with children/families in a trauma informed environment
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service focus, excellent time management, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and email applications.
Must be 21 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
