What You’ll Do:- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Oversee administrative tasks, correspondence, and reports
- Track expenses, invoices, and project progress
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- 5 years supporting executive or senior leadership roles (healthcare experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and problem-solve
