Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our KVM (Kegerator Vending Machine) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand and power tools. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the process.
Duties
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warehouse.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support assembly processes.
- Utilize forklifts to move materials and finished products as required.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the assembly process and report any concerns.
Requirements
- Previous assembly experience is a plus.
- Some mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
