POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations of KVP Inc., ensuring that all business functions are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in operations management, preferably within the private equity or real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving organizational growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with KVP Inc.’s business goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Establish performance metrics and ensure key objectives are met.

Financial Management

  • Oversee budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures.
  • Analyze financial reports and operational data to drive profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure fiscal responsibility.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster a positive, results-driven work environment.
  • Develop training programs to improve staff efficiency and skill sets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans.

Sales & Marketing Oversight

  • Support sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between operations and sales goals.

Process & Efficiency Improvements

  • Streamline business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement best practices for operational management.
  • Leverage technology to enhance workflow and communication.
  • Standardize procedures to ensure consistency across business units.

Property & Vendor Management

  • Oversee property management operations, ensuring smooth tenant relations.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships to maintain facilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with property and lease agreements.

Customer & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as a key point of contact for investors, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Enhance customer service initiatives to improve client satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners and external vendors.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure business operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Mitigate risks by implementing policies for workplace safety and compliance.
  • Oversee licensing, permits, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure operational integrity.

Business Development & Expansion

  • Support the expansion of KVP Inc.'s portfolio through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Assist in evaluating potential acquisitions or investments.
  • Play a key role in long-term business planning and execution.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in advanced business mathematics is essential.

Experience: Previous management experience in property management or a related field is required.

Skills:

  • Professional demeanor with excellent management and communication abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of on-site maintenance, including coordination with vendors and contractors.
  • Proven ability to close sales.

Licenses: A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required.

Availability: Ability to work seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, as needed.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
