Qualifications
- Real Estate experience
- Valid NY Real Estate License
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions
- Newly licensed salespersons with a demonstrated desire to succeed in the CRE industry will be considered
- Unlicensed individuals, with a background in sales or business will be considered. KW will sponsor your licensure, train and mentor new agents.
- Specialization in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing
- Effective written and verbal skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to negotiate
- Strong network and client relationship building abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field a plus
- Candidates must be comfortable, able and willing to effectively prospect; via cold calling, foot canvassing, email marketing, social media and data set targeting etc
- Must have ability to work productively alone and with a team
- Effective organizational skills and client management
