80,000 - $187,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

Identify potential investment properties and development opportunities to expand lead generation for future growth opportunities in the Beverly, MA area

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as calls, emails, and online requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Present suitable commercial properties tailored for business purposes to clients, providing them with financial data and analytical insights

Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, working closely with loan officers and attorneys to ensure legal compliance and timely completion
