Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our business center. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for guests and team members. Duties
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and communal areas.
- Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, and administrative tasks to support office efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and other operational needs as required.
- Support daily operations by assisting with administrative tasks, special projects, and cross-functional team initiatives to ensure efficiency and seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
