Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape/Hardscape Team Leader to join our team. This role involves leading a crew to complete a variety of landscaping and hardscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of one or more crew members on projects such as:
- Landscape installations
- Clean-ups
- Outdoor lighting setups
- Paver and retaining wall installations
- Train and mentor crew members on company policies and procedures.
- Plan and organize job tasks, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Interpret landscape blueprints to accurately layout and execute project designs.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate various mechanical equipment, including:
- Mini excavators
- Skid steers
- Powered hand tools
- Drive and operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years of team leadership experience, preferably in landscaping or hardscaping.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Year round work
